Hiner Landscapes was great. Matt designed a personal plan, gave us insights into the types of plants best for our area, gave us tips and ideas for our plans. This company was always on time, kept us informed and updated on progress and always maintained excellent customer service making us feel our project was #1. The project was started and finished on time. Matt went above and beyond to make sure the job was done correctly. His knowledge of proper methods for landscaping are vast and he explained the difference between his work and improper methods. We are enjoying the beautiful results and thank Matt and the rest of Hiner Landscapes!

We had a problem with the waterfall leaking and causing us to lose water. Matt and a member of his crew returned on consecutive evenings until the leak was found and repairs were made. He did not put us off "until he could find time." I found him very conscientious, always on time, and polite.

When more work needed to be done Matt came back himself and took care of it.
