Current Opportunities

Positions are headquartered in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Much of the work is being done in Southeast Denver, providing an opportunity to report to the job sites in the Denver area. Occasional commuting to Colorado Springs is required for some projects and team meetings.

Landscape Design Associate

We’re seeking to add a driven Landscape Design Associate to our expert Colorado team. In this exciting role, you’ll have the chance to develop custom landscape designs, design planting plans, and collaborate on beautiful outdoor spaces. Key qualifications include a degree in landscape architecture or design, experience in entry-level or internship roles, and proficiency in design software (CAD or similar).

    • Full-time Monday – Friday schedule with opportunities for overtime, but also work/life balance

    • 2-3+ years of experience in the landscape installation industry, experience with hardscapes such as patios, ponds, and water features is required

    • Strong communication skills required; Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply;

    • Prior supervisory experience is a plus; a demonstrated leadership mentality is required;

    • Must have a valid diver’s license, reliable transportation, and be drug-free.

    • Managing a hardscape installation crew of 2-3 crew members, including coaching, training, developing staff and reinforcing safety and quality standards;

    • Transporting materials to and from job sites safely utilizing company vehicle;

    • Coordinating installation projects including but not limited to; water features, patios, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, fire pits, irrigation and more;

    • Working with a wide variety of materials including but not limited to: boulders, strip stone, concrete, plants and plant materials

    • Installing irrigation systems including mainlines, valve manifolds, sprinkler and drip zones;

    • Actively work alongside the team and crew, delegating and demonstrating a high quality of work;

    • Proactively enforcing quality and safety standards;

    • Providing excellent service to all clients including communicating professionally and clearly while acting as the face of the company to current and potential clientele;

    • Acting with autonomy and using creativity to make decisions impacting project design, execution and implementation.

    • Other duties as assigned.

Landscaping Sales Consultant

Join our award-winning team as a Landscape Sales Consultant to help clients create beautiful, stress-relieving outdoor spaces. In this role, you’ll meet with clients, present landscape design concepts, prepare quotes, and ensure smooth project delivery. 

We offer a base salary of $50,000 to $60,000, plus commission, medical, dental, and vision benefits, a Simple IRA with profit sharing, PTO, and a company cell phone. Ideal candidates have proven sales experience, knowledge of landscaping, strong negotiation skills, and a valid driver’s license.

    • A base pay of $60,000 - $75,000 depending on experience

    • A degree in landscape architecture or landscape design

    • Proficiency in landscape design principles, including knowledge of plant materials, layout and aesthetics

    • Understanding of plants, plant materials and landscaping techniques

    • Strong sales and negotiation skills and a demonstrated sales mentality

    • Proficiency in using software for creating proposals, quotes, and maintaining records and a willingness to learn new software

    • Proficiency in CAD and/or landscape design software and experience creating and presenting design plans

    • A valid drivers license and clean driving record

    • Consulting with clients to understand their landscaping vision, preferences, and functional requirements, including conducting on-site meetings with clients;

    • Cultivating and maintain strong relationships with clients

    • Developing creative and detailed landscape designs;

    • Utilizing design software and tools to create landscape design renderings and presenting those designs to clients during the sales process;

    • Presenting landscape design concepts and proposals to clients;

    • Preparing accurate project estimates and quotes;

    • Scheduling pre job walk throughs and final walk throughs

    • Generating leads and identifying potential clients while also actively engaging in sales activities;

    • Working closely with team members to ensure successful execution of design plans and project delivery;

Construction Foreman

Our team is seeking a Construction Foreman to lead a dedicated crew in creating award-winning outdoor spaces. This full-time role offers $29-$35/hour, medical, dental, and vision benefits, a Simple IRA with profit sharing, PTO, a company cell phone, and a work-life balance with optional overtime. 

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in landscape construction, expertise in water features, strong communication skills, and leadership experience. Responsibilities include managing a crew, and coordinating patio installations, retaining walls, water features, and more.
